“High-tech garbage collector!”
 
Thinking about the first days after graduation! I had chance to collaborate and devote myself as Presales at Traginet (predecessor of DTG). The days which was going to work by my motorbike brand "Dream", doing the job I love, working with cute bosses, enthusiastic sales team, beautiful marketing team, and nice technical guys. Even though we were tired after work, we had a small party at the embankment where we could interchange our work, tease, and sing clam with each other in Vietnamese fun songs like  “Ngày xưa em bán sữa đậu nành, ngày xưa em đi chiếc xe màu xanh...” blab...blab.

Getting a business trip to the western provinces, I had a chance to eat, drink, and endure a lot of sad or happy memories together. Time goes faster this way, I always remember the very beginning working days with everyone and especially my boss, who always protected all staff from any difficulties. I would like to share my story with fun on the occasion of "Write about my boss and colleagues” competition. By the way, I forgot to introduce with everybody about my boss, Mr. NINH HUY PHUOC - Director of Technical Center and Technology Deployment Service. The company colleagues called him with a lovely name “Mr. Buddha” while the IT guys in the Department of Information & Communication called him “Mr. Witch”, I called him "High-tech garbage collector ", and only Mr. Huynh Tu called him "Phuoc Dau Bac" ("Phuoc white hair"). "Mr. Buddha" is always good to everybody in the company.  Calling him “Mr. Buddha” because he is very gentle with a sincere heart and helpful to everybody. He often comes to work earlier than everyone for more than 20 years, with a backpack that looks like Doremon's magic canvas bag. You can not imagine inside that backpack bag. There are many things you want when you need or may be the things you never suppose to have like cutlery, hammers, electronic games, 18+ adult toys (^^if you trust me),  and his secret working notebook for more than 20 years.
 

Back to my story, although he looks cold and unfriendly, he is a man of family and works truly. He often shares his standpoint: “Nothing is difficult, just afraid it is not tough enough” because he can do any job such as: IT system deployment for the provinces, data rescue, data recovery at night, network infrastructure construction, or he even can repair electricity, plumbing...., and his last job is a “Nanny”. Talking like that because every time I joined a business trip with him, he is always the one who takes care of food and even a place to sleep. While deploying the system, he was always a leader so that his team can feel more confident whenever they are in difficulties. I was impressed by the comments about him from the colleagues of the Department of Information and Communications of Ca Mau or other provinces : "Oh, Mr. Phuoc, what is his position? how can he do everything? he can setup 1 to 3 phase electricity, server installation, network implementation, printer, air-con, plumbing reparation..." "^!^". Besides, They treat him like a special guest with honor everytime he visited.
 
"High-tech garbage collector" is just the way of kidding. I never forget the moment to stay through nights with him for converting hundreds of servers from V —> W. Those servers were managed and repaired by him throughout that I could see his passion for technology, responsibility in working, experience in system troubleshooting. Being worked with him for four years, my colleagues and I have learned a lot and became mature from him. As you might know, when jumping into a system deployment job, most of it just likes a “battlefield” that was left by the other companies. His responsibility, as well as IT engineers, are trying to clean up all that stuffs to solve the problem for customers, bring the customer benefit to first priority.
 

Finally, I would like to wish Mr. Phuoc and everyone in DTG Corp to always keep healthy and good work. Wishing the DTG Corp's family more and more success with slogan "A STABLE BELIEF FOREVER"
