Surely, anyone in a group has feelings through the months of working together, overcomes all obstacles and difficulties to achieve common goals. Therefore, friends and colleagues always have a special meaning, attaching together, not only through daily communication but also by invisible emotional strings, which is called "colleague ship". Certainly, each person in a group has their own characteristics, personality, but when becoming a member of a big family they always keep listening, sharing to empathy with each other in work, in family as well as lots of difficulties in life.
Being living and working is my good fortune in the great family of DTG Corp, a big company with top 5 in the Information Technology Industry in the southern area. Besides, DTG Corp has been 17 years of experience in the business with more than 80 employees, the market growth is wide in many provinces and cities, and the benefits that the company offers to employees quite good. Moreover, the macro business strategies of the company's leaders bring stronger belief to all employees for a companion as well as a great strength to raise the company's business higher with the wings in the next coming years. That's why people always said “Together we can change the world"
What is colleagueship? Certainly, everyone has their own definition of that meaning. But for me, colleagueship is people who work together in the same company environment.
 

Time passes quickly, I have been with DTG's family almost four years up to now. Therefore, the impression, respect, honor, to everyone in company is always existed in my mind. But the person I most cherish and respect like a big brother in the family, a teacher in my heart is Mr. Le Minh Tuan or the intimate name we often call is Anh Bay (Mr. Bay).
 
He is the former Director of the Department of Information and Communications. He has never been arrogant, cold, or difficult to approach because of his position, but on the contrary, he is very tolerant, cheerful, enthusiastic, friendly, emotional, ready to help people not only from work but also in life.
 
I still remember the day he entered the company, Mr Huynh Tu introduced Mr Bay to everyone, he is a former Director of the Department of Information and Communication of Binh Thuan province who will accompany us as Senior Advisor. Afterwards, Mr Bay sent his greeting to everybody friendly, cheerful, and full of enthusiasm.
 
He helped me a lot in work as well as in life. He taught me good and right things, he taught me how to take care of new customers, how to conect old customers. I remember clearly march 8th 2018, he is a person who always honor all the women around. Like all other the men, he had to come back for sending gifts and flowers to mother, wife, and daughter. But he temporarily put that aside for a business trip according to the direction from the Board of Directors with my request for supporting. That's a business trip to Tra Vinh, a western province. On that day, Mr Bay and I booked a company’s car but it was not available, so we had to rent a car to Tra Vinh for a meeting with Director of the Department of Information and Communications and the Chairman of the province. During the trip from Ho Chi Minh City to Tra Vinh province, he taught me how to live, how to treat people, how to talk to customers, and a lot of other things. He is not only a colleague, a brother, but also my good teacher.
 

Talking about him, it is impossible not to mention the words "enthusiasm". Although he is older than everyone in the company, his enthusiasm for working which is undertaking is not inferior to other colleagues. He is always ready to go for business to help every company's staff. When someone asks for his support, he will always besides for help, no matter how far, how difficult, or easy.
 
He has a round, kindly face and he is a bit short, but his heart is is extremely lofty as his figure, contrary to his body.
 
I don't know how people are thinking about him. But to me, he doesn't go to work for a salary or other financial reasons. He goes to work because of his burning passion for the system technology. Therefore, he always devotes his heart and enthusiasm to the company as well as to the position he is currently undertaking.
 
He is like that a person, who has full of energy, enthusiasm, passion, and dedication to his work. I appreciate him from the way he works to the way he shows his spirit and responsibility for the company and the way he treats his colleagues in the company.
 
It doesn't matter how harsh life is, it's important that when facing difficult things, we must always have an optimistic attitude, always treat people good, work with heart, and your own.
 
Life always needs sharing and love, which is the most important thing to help you find your second family in a collective environment. Do not hesitate, open your heart to everyone, you will feel the connection and integration between yourself and the team. By doing these things, you have contributed to making a comfortable living and full of love. When individuals become a group, it will be a big solidarity team to overcome difficulties in all circumstances to achieve success.
 
After all, I also wish DTG Corp develops & grows up more by day, create trust and prestige in the Information Technology Market, not only stop at the top 5 in the South Viet Nam.
 
In the current 4.0 era, I firmly believe that DTG Corp will create a further resonance in the Technology market. By this way, all company staff will have the chance with slogan "A Stable belief forever" to accompany, stand side by side, and devote themselves to "Win together"
