     🌺🌺🌺🌺 Time can take away your tears, painful remembrance but also bring you joy, happiness, memories that you would never forget. The most frightening thing is that time goes by endlessly, it is impossible to hold on to time, we can only cherish it, use this special gift in the most meaningful way, so that we will not be disappointed things afterward. Referring to time, I suddenly remembered the first moment I was on this beautiful land. It has been only 12 years, and not too long but it's enough for me to learn and realize my changes. From the time I was born until I got my graduate certificate, I have always lived on the support and protection of my family without any contact with the outside world. Sometimes I thought, what should I do if I was always a child living on parents? then I just realized that I had to convince my parents to keep going to school so that I could live on my own and take care of myself. Being supported by family, I was very happy and excited with the thought of How Saigon looked like, was it beautiful? and I could not wait to quickly pack up and set-off.
The desire to go to Saigon was gratified, I had known many places, roads within a month with my curiosity. It could be understood that I was full of ambition and admired of independent life, so I decided to find a suitable job while studying.
 

✍✍✍✍ I also read some recruiments from newspaper for the first time in my life to apply for a job. I prepared a lot of documents in my head to apply for any place to work. I think this is also the common thought of many new graduates. It was so lucky of me to receive a call of interview by DTG Corporation. At that time, the mood was both happy and worried because I did not know how to prepare good answers when being interviewed. Hence, I would like to tell a funny story related to the interview room as follows: by chance, I was interviewed with another female candidate in the same day. She had experience in this job about 6 months. I started a conversation with her to make my mind more confident because I was very timid and shy at that time. My appearance was rather rustic like country style, People in western oftens call it "Hai Lua". Finally, I was the last one being interviewed with a friendly and affectionate female recruiter. It was also a question about my experience, but It was really a struggle with me now. I need this job to help financial condition of the family, and my upcoming education. I suddenly remembered the conversation with the previous female candidate about her 6 months experience, and I decided to answer bravery that I had one year of experience.  The reason which I had to answered like that was because of my only good opportunity, and when it came, I must seize it in time. Besides, DTG Corp has not been only a company with 5 years establishment & large office but also close to my motel room without any extra travel costs, and the last thing is the leaders are so calm and wonderful.” 👉👉👉
 
🌺🌺🌺🌺 Not long ago, she said to me that she could not continue to work because of personal reasons. Besides, she also told me one thing that reminded me forever: "I should try to learn more experience from Ms. Huong". At that moment, I was dumbfounded because I used to follow her instructions, would it be adapted to me when changing to another manager??? That was a pretty big question in my mind at that time. I used to think that whoever managed would be fine, the important thing was whether I enthusiasm tried or not. I have still remembered vividly with a quiet personality, only focusing on work, and everyone was being afraid for that feelling. It was not demeaning or criticizing anything, but I want to affirm to everyone that it is completely inaccurate to judge someone with their only appearance, you have to understand and feel them deeply. I also shared with her that eveyone rarely see her smile and talk while working. She analyzed that an accountant's job is to be quiet in order to be able to concentrate accurately on each task. I found that it was completely right, and on the contrary, she also considered herself to be a bit quite due to the influence of work and she will suppose to change it. 💐💐 💐💐
 

🎁🎁🎁🎁 For me, outside of work, she is very emotional for colleagues and collaborators. The moment I could not forget, the time when the deparment's data was accidentally lost, I had to stay awake everyday until 11pm for more than a month. Although it was difficult, but all people are always full of laughter to dispel all fatigue at work. “SILENT WARRANTS " is the familiar name that she gave us. She always had a clear plan and arrangement of work to deligate the next junior on her experience. I was the person who directly received a lot of guidance and advice from her. It was really appreciated to me when she said: “Always listen and accept ideas to change" and it helped to change a lot from being a hot-tempered person who usually rejected other people's opinions. It helps me a lot at work until today.
             🎁🎁🎁🎁With the current position as a Boss, she does not create a distance between employees and leaders, but she considers us as a member in the family. Quote from her: " I felt a bit sad because you and the other fortifications were on leave". What I could realize from her is the word "LOVE". I did not have much time to talk to her, and that's also one of my shortcomings. I witnessed a few tears when she shared the pressure and burden on her work. First of all, she always thinks about the company workers, the epidemic situation is prolonged, the business is not good, how much money should we spend every day to take care of our collegue's living condition and manage company. It is not only the word "LOVE" but also includes the word "MIND". Sometimes I accidentally made her sad, she was angry, after that she also explained so that I understood what to do and how to handle it. I owed her a "sorry" and will not let her be sad because of me.
         🌺 🌺 🌺 Up to this time, I admited and considered DTG Corp as my second home sice I had a lot of love from bosses and colleagues. For many years, my friends from high school & university have asked me where I am working and why I have been working for so long? My answer was DTG Corp. I am very proud to tell my friends the reasons that I have been in DTG Corp for such a long time: Good policies and benefits that the company provides now and the future for the long contribution staffs. This is a not only for me but also for other colleagues.
