Building a modern and effective administration

In order to build a modern and effective administration, Tay Ninh Department of Information and Communications has closely followed the Target Program of Information Technology Application in State agencies and actively promoted IT application and development as well as build e-government and smart city.
 
Until now, according to the assessment of administration reform results in quarter III of 2019, Tay Ninh continues to achieve many positive results, especially people have been interested in using online public services deployed in the provincial area. Not only facilitating people, the application of IT in management and administration of agencies, and departments also helps improve level of transparency and speed of services. Communication between agencies and shared data is also improved than before.
 

 
In order to have a comprehensive and suitable IT platform for development, Tay Ninh Province needs a lot of time, resources and effort. However, in the immediate future, the City has actively applied technology in areas such as transport, health, public administration to gradually improve the efficiency of urban management. Besides, the City also corporates with DTG Technology Joint Stock Company for consultation and implementation projects of facilities and infrastructure perfection such as:
1. Project on information technology application in activities of Tay Ninh Provincial Party agencies in the period of 2015-2020 for Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee Office
2. Project on information technology application in health sector management (phase 2) for Department of Information and Communications of Tay Ninh Province
3. Project on building a wide area network of the province (from province to commune) to ensure information security in service of administrative reform, promoting the application of information technology in State agencies in Tay Ninh province by 2020 for the Department Information And Communication of Tay Ninh Province
4. Project on "Upgrading and expanding the infrastructure of the Provincial Data Integration center to meet the requirements of building an digital government in Tay Ninh province by 2020" for the Department of Information and Communications of Tay Ninh Province
Many other fields, with application of IT, has created a breakthrough, bringing unprecedented useful services to the people. Wireless radio receivers are invested and installed while the disadvantages of wired radio systems are overcome. The sound quality is much better and clearer; convenient for repair, professional skills are improve, no maintenance of the line is needed.... Thereby, people can access propaganda information timely and quickly.
 
In addition, state administrative modernization is frequently concerned. An electronic office system has been implemented for 100% of professional agencies under the provincial, district and commune People's Committees. Up to now, electronic documents that have been exchanged and processed on the network environment from provincial to district levels have been conducted quickly, direction information is timely and accurate improving management and operation efficiency of state agencies in the province. The province reaches the rate of 100% connected documents on the electronic office system. Specialized digital signature authentication system is deployed for 100% of departments, agencies, districts and communes and digital signatures are applied on 7 types of documents as prescribed.
Online public service portal was built and put into operation in order to facilitate individuals and organizations wishing to settle administrative procedures quickly. The system also provides information automatically and online about the status of application processing and licensing, enabling people to check and supervise the status of the application through the internet. The system also provides an platform to gradually allow the state administrative agencies to coordinate and resolve administrative procedures on the network environment  consistently that meets the spirit of "one-stop shop".
