DAI TRAN GIA PURCHASE THE LIFE INSURRANCE FOR ITS’ STAFF

In the afternoon of August 25, Human Resource Administration (HRD) represents Dai Tran Gia Technology Joint Stock Company to grant over 40 Insurance contracts of Manulife Life with different fees for employees at the company office at 272 - 274 Hoa Hung, Ward 13, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.Mr. Tran Le Khai - Deputy General Director, Ms. Truong Thanh Tam - Head of Human Resources Department of DTG company and all staffs of the company attend the event.
Dai Tran Gia has purchased life insurance of Manulife for staff working at DTG with the seniority of 03 years or more with fees of 40 million, 25 million and 10 million per year ... equivalent to the level and position of everyone. Accordingly, Dai Tran Gia Company will pay the fee for 10 years and will re-determine the beneficiaries once a year.
After 10 years of premium payment for its’ employees, DTG will return the contract to the beneficiary with two options: employees will withdraw the amount of cash surrender value (equal to the amount paid by the company for 3 years); or continue to maintain a contract for lifetime protection without paying any additional fees.
If employees are not eligible to continue paying the fee in the following year or pay a lower fee, the benefits will not change compared to the first year. In the case where employees are paid for higher fees in the following year, the benefits will be increased by 50%.
Sharing at the event of granting the insurance contract, Head of Human Resources Department, Ms. Truong Thanh Tam says: " Granting contract of life insurance for employees is a humanitarian work of Dai Tran Gia Company to recognize the outstanding contribution, and encourage better effort at work of staff. Simultaneously it provides you extra benefits helping you focus your mind on developing your career and stay with the company for a long term”.
This is the insurance package that Manulife has designed for DTG staff. When participating in this package through the company, DTG employees will receive more preferences and more benefits than the individual participation.
