DAI TRAN GIA OVERVIEW SUMARY OF QUARTER I, II, 2018

On 7^th July at DTG Building, Dai Tran Gia Technology Corporation holds a meeting to review the first 6 months of 2018.

Attending the meeting are Mr. Tran Quoc Hoan - Chairman of the Board, General Director of the Company, Mr. Tran Le Khai - Deputy General Director and all staffs.

At the meeting, Heads of departments have the summary report of strong and weak points as well as revenue of their departments in the first 6 months in the first and second quarters.

In the first 6 months of the year, despite facing many difficulties when the IT market has been getting more diversified and under the circumstances of personnel shortage, the increasingly fierce competition from rival companies, Board of Directors has made right decision and worked out good business plans. As a result, the Company has recorded encouraging achievements. Turnover of Sales Centers have reached over 70% of the set sales target in the first and second quarters of the first half of the year - the expenditures have been well-monitored and used in the most effective and economical way.

Mr. Tran Quoc Hoan - Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Company makes a speech and launches his guidance. He says that besides the positive results of the first and second quarter in the first half of the year, the company has not reached the set plan. He asks all Departments in the third quarter to use up all resources for the best sales performance, to speed up caring and searching more new customers, to economize properly the expenditures, and to exceed the set targets in 2018.

During the meeting, the staff also propose some ideas contributing to the better development of Dai Tran Gia Company.

Believing that from the results achieved in connection with the determination of all staff, Dai Tran Gia Company will overcome difficulties, promote their internal strength to do better in the two late quarters of 2018. However, the mission of the third quarter of 2018 is very heavy. Mr. Tran Quoc Hoan - General Director tells the members to make the extraordinary effort to harvest the highest results, to have a breakthrough to fulfill the set task in 2018.
