DTG's Summary meeting of 2019 and Implementation plan of 2020
 

Dai Tran Gia Jsc (DTG Jsc) recently held a meeting in the fourth quarter to resume activities of 2019 and oriented implementation plans for the year of 2020.
 

DTG has basically completed the internal targets in 2019, the better governance has brought about the changes. The Board of Directors of DTG has changed the way of assigning and evaluating work performance according to the old principle. Thus, DTG evaluated the effectiveness of Individuals / Departments based on common metrics, created a professional, transparent and trusting working environment. The method of salary's supplementation and adjustment has been applied to motivate employees. The regulations on rewarding and honoring excellent individuals, outstanding contributors, periodic bonus are particularly focused by the Board of Directors.
 
With thorough understanding and direction of the Board of Directors from the very beginning, the Managers, in addition to assigning and evaluating work performance, have guided, urged and encouraged timely to their subordinates. The particular instructions have driven employees to implement monthly, quarterly sales policies and bring the most practical benefits to DTG's customers.
 
Most of targets about customers were archived and exceeded. The quality of service in the first and second quarters was not as expected, but with thorough implementation and timely adjustment of sales policies & strategies, all departments had successfully completed the targets at the end of the year.
 
However, in whole process of working, DTG also encountered many difficulties. The increasingly fierce competition in the IT market requires each employee to always improve their own knowledge and experience. In the coming time, DTG needs to expand, create new market segments, focus and keep close relationships with potential customers.
