Through the verses of the poet, Van Cong Hung ,Team 3 (Accounting – Administration and Human Resource Department) expresses its point of view.

Being a woman she must be beautiful, peaceful, attractive and noble. The Vietnamese woman is not only beautiful in her spirit, personality with “Diligent work – Beauty – proper speech – good moral” but also has the mystery.  It seems that all the mysteries in this world are in their souls and their eyes, which nothing can be compared. This mystery always urges men to explore, search and find all ways to conquer it. The theme of Team 3 brings to the contest: “DTG Women - Skillful and hardworking " is "Crossing the ocean" With the sail boat being made of a watermelon which symbolizes the boat of Dai Tran Gia carrying fun, desire and ambition, passing storms and high waves smoothly to arrive the final port. 

 
On that boat, there are roses made of strawberries that symbolize Dai Tran Gia's beautiful and lovely women who are powerful, full of bravery and always stand side by side with the captain to help him so much on the way to conquer the ocean. The small grapes being liken to the crew members standing for the female staff who have made great contribution to steering DTG boat. These all convey the message that being women in DTG, although we are small, weak or we are strong and resilient, all of us always empower the captain in navigating the boat crossing over the sea, overcoming the high waves under the rain storms that tries to sink it and finally steering it the set port successfully.

Lying ahead each voyage of the boat is a path full of thorns, difficulties, challenges and anxiety, but female employees of DTG can pass them all to become a great woman. And after all, there is a man who can understand deeply and well, know how to share and is far-sighted.
I believe every girl, every woman among us here, someone has become mother and mother to-be and all have a firm position on DTG boat and are shining. But no matter how good or powerful we are, we finally need a shoulder to lean on. So, Gentlemen! please always respect, love and protect your beloved women because they are the greatest gifts God has given to men.
